WEWLA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are a transformational community that celebrates individuality in all women knowing that we can all relate to one another. Our goal is to help everyone grow professionally and personally by providing resources, knowledge and positivity. We focus on key themes such as self care, mental health, and personal development and offer a number of programs, workshops and special events to ensure YOU never do life alone.

Women Empowering Women Living Authentically (WEWLA), formally Women Empowering Women Los Angeles, is officially a NONPROFIT (Woo woo!)

We focus on areas of business, leadership, and self care/mental health through our events. If you'd like to be a sponsor at our upcoming Women Empowerment Summit or Conference please email us at info@wewla.com.

WEWLA started as a Facebook group back in 2017. In 2023, this group has grown to over 5,000 members from all over the world. Our founder Francine is continuously providing a platform to inspire and empower women in areas of self development and business.

WEWLA Connects is a for-profit business that launched in October 2022 as a platform for women to connect, socialize (collab), and build relationships (community). We host quarterly business networking opportunities in person and online so that relationships are built, partnerships are formed, and community takes place.

WEWLA Digital Agency was launched to support women in technology who are striving to build an online business or scale their existing one. We don't want you doing business alone so join us!

MEET OUR FOUNDER

Francine Ayala

Francine Ayala, an Empowerment Coach and Speaker, transformed her journey from single mother at 17 to empowerment leader through unwavering determination. After leaving corporate America in 2016, she founded WEWLA (Women Empowering Women Living Authentically), which evolved from a Facebook group into a dynamic ecosystem of women's empowerment initiatives.

As an NLP-certified Master Coach and Speaker, Francine leads multiple ventures where she hosts "You Were Meant for More," an online TV show reaching over 24,000 monthly viewers worldwide. Her signature program “Ignite Your God-fidence”, a spiritually led coaching program to position coaches, authors and career professionals as the experts in their field by amplifying their voices and having fun while doing it, officially kicked off in 2025.
